Upon final submission of the form you will be shown this notice telling you that your certificate request has been received. It tells you that you must wait for an administrator to issue the certificate and to return to the web site within a couple of days to retrieve your certificate.

Please note that it warns that you must return to the site within 10 days of the request to retrieve the certificate. If you fail to do this and retrieve and install your certificate the certificate automatically becomes invalid and you would then be required to apply for another.
