Clicking the 'Request A Certificate' link to the left will reveal a page such as that shown below.

Click on the 'Request a certificate' link as outlined in the picture below. This will take you to the next page in the application process.

Please note that throughout the certification process you may see a number of warning notices concerning the request or installation of certificates. You may also see your computer downloading or requesting the download of Active X controls and warnings issued by the Microsoft Corporation. It is safe to confirm all of these requests, none will cause your computer any harm or damage. The warnings are generic and required. In any event refusing any request will preclude the ability to request, receive or install a certificate.
